International Baccalaureate program usually offers three basic programs which are planned for students between the kindergarten to diploma. The main objective of International Baccalaureate (IB) programs is to stimulate every student develop skills relevant with their personality, intellect, and social intelligence. The three IB programs are IB Primary Years Programme (PYP), IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), and IB Diploma Programme (DP).

The IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) for students between the ages of 3 to 12, focuses on the development of the whole child, addressing social, physical, emotional and cultural needs. The IB PYP programme make efforts to create an enjoyable educational for childrens. The IB PYP programme curriculum framework strives for a balance between the search for understanding, the acquisition of essential knowledge and skills, the development of positive attitudes and the opportunity for positive action.

The IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) is designed for students in grades 6 through 10. This range of grade is a critical phase in most students, this age requires a program which can develop the knowledge, attitude and skills that address the challenges of the times. The IB MYP programme focuses the knowledge, attitude and skills necessary to participate actively, thoughtfully and responsibly, interconnected.

The IB Diploma Programme (DP) is designed as an academically challenging and balanced programme of education with final examinations that prepare students, normally aged 16 to 19. The IB Diploma programme has three main requirements that are included to expand the educational experience and challenge students such as the extended essay, theory of knowledge, and creativity, action, service. The IB Diploma programme curriculum in ISI is study six courses, three at higher level and three at standard level. ISI is offer student travel exchange from overseas. This opportunity to study three years at ISI, live with American host families, learn to speak with American-English native speaker, and graduate with the prestigious IB Diploma programme, and of course provides access to leader colleges and universities around the world.
